Walnut to Hold E-Waste Recycling Event

Gateway Friends Church in Walnut, California is holding an electronic waste (e-waste) recycling event on Saturday, January 26, 2008, which will allow the entire city of Walnut and surrounding communities to properly dispose of obsolete
monitors, televisions, computers, printers, copiers, fax machines and cell phones.

This will be a free collection event from 10 a.m.-3 p.m in partnership with ease e-waste, a California EPA certified company specializing in the collection and recycling of electronic waste.

The event is also open to businesses, and companies with a large number of items to dispose should contact ease e-waste at (866) 548-8100. For more information regarding on this event in general, visit the ease e-waste Web site or call Kristine Chin at (909) 595.8113.
