Coca-Cola Debuts Recycling Trailer at Daytona 500
Coca-Cola chose the largest stage of NASCAR racing to educate fans about recycling with a 24-foot trailer featuring recycling bins and interactive media.
At this weekend’s Daytona 500, Coca-Cola debuted the trailer to encourage fans to recycle plastic bottles. Every container donated resulted in a donation from Coca-Cola to the NASCAR Foundation.
Coca-Cola has been promoting recycling with several organizations recently, including the National Recycling Coalition and RecycleBank. The company has made it a goal to recycle 100 percent of its containers in the near future.
