Sam’s Club Offers Electronics Trade-in Program
Sam’s Club started a program where members can earn gift cards for trading in obsolete electronics to be recycled or reused.
The program is similar to ones already in effect by retailers like Costco and Office Depot (though neither of these require a membership). The Sam’s Club program will accept:
- Desktop and notebook computers
- LCD screens
- Printers
- Digital cameras and camcorders
- MP3 players and video game consoles
After you submit information about your product, a trade-in value will be assigned. Free shipping is offered, and once the item is received, Sam’s Club will mail back a gift card. Even if the item has no trade-in value, it will be accepted for recycling.

My church would very much like to go green and we are looking for ways to conserve energy as well as recycle
waste paper. and because of the economy these days we are also in need of new or good condition copiers and computers. what can I do to help my church?
