		<description>Great I ideas, We have already celebrated Thanksgiving up here in Canada, but I think they will apply to Christmass, any Holiday really.  I know one thing I do is cook down the turkey bones for soup stock.  I freeze them in ice-cube trays for later use, then compost them.  It&#039;s handy when you want to make gravey and not use store bought. Homemade  Gravy really isn&#039;t to hard.  Great ideas, thanks.
