Hey Karon, did you try the recycling search above in the green box? Foam is always tough, and it's not always available everywhere

Where can I get rid of old syriges & needles? I have several sharpes containers full, I've tried he local hospital and they won't take them. My brother-in-law is a medic in NYC and he used to take them but can't any longer. So who in CT takes them?

I am the environmental chair for Milford Rotary. We are holding an outdoor event May 12 at the Milford YMCA. We would love to have you come and educate our community on the many ways to recycle. If you are interested please respond and I will email our event brochure. I think you will find it very impressive!

THE TOWN I LIVE IN SEPARATES PAPER/CANS & BOTTLES/GARBAGE. AT ONE TIME MAGAZINES & CATALOGUES WERE INCLUDED IN PAPER BUT SEVERAL YEARS AGO THAT RULE CHANGED.

SO WHERE CAN THESE BE RECYCLED RATHER THAN INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF GARBAGE.
I WOULD APPRECIOATE ANY HELP SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME. THANK YOU

message to all of you…your local transfer site in your town takes junk mail, old batteries, car oil…alot of extras that aren’t picked up at the curb on recycle day. Check with your town online site, should have all the info you need! Keep recycling!
