How does one start a recycling program at work? i see hundreds of aluminum soda cans, and glass and plastic bottles in regular trash all over the building. how much does something like that would cost a company?

THE TOWN I LIVE IN SEPARATES PAPER/CANS & BOTTLES/GARBAGE. AT ONE TIME MAGAZINES & CATALOGUES WERE INCLUDED IN PAPER BUT SEVERAL YEARS AGO THAT RULE CHANGED.
SO WHERE CAN THESE BE RECYCLED RATHER THAN INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF GARBAGE.
I WOULD APPRECIOATE ANY HELP SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME. THANK YOU
