    Hi, Question:

Our school’s upcoming project is geared towards plastic reduction and recycling. We need plastic in bulk. Will Earth911 help support our cause and if yes, are there any local centers in which I can pick the plastic bottles?

We get lots of Rx products shipped to us by VA Hospital that comes in polystyrene coolers. Where can I take these to recycle? They are nice clean little coolers but who needs them in abundance? I feel bad to put them in the garbage. I’ve heard that they are made with petroleum and last in the ground like forever. Also when they are burned they emit toxic fumes from the benzene in them. Can anyone help? Where should they go for the safest recycling?
