I have a swing set that my child has outgrown. It could use some work but is still mostly functional. I can't bear the idea of it going into the landfill and want to find either a new home for it or someone who will reuse the parts. Any ideas?

Jerry, our company accepts batteries of all sizes, but we currently only buy car/truck or industrial sealed batteries. We are investigating starting a CFL light bulb reclamation as well in the near future. Visit our web site for a list of all metals and materials that we buy and if you don't see it on our list, call or email us.You can also follow us on Facebook. Hope this helps.

I need a place to get rid of old 3 1/2 floppies. I hate to throw them away....but I need to get rid of them. The schools are all going to either cd's or flash drives.

I'm in eastern North Carolina.

My county recycling places won't take aluminum cat food cans with an inside lining, like Fancy Feast cans. They say that the lining, which prevents aluminum from leaching into the food, somehow spoils the aluminum during the melting process, rendering it unusable. I can throw away the cans there but I want to recycle them. Does anyone know any place in south central North Carolina that will accept them?
Thanks.
