    I would like to start a home based recycling business that focuses on recycling services to aparemt complexes.

    Can any provide me with information on getting started and if there are grants available?
    Should I limit what I will recycle, for example, only recycle plasticbags, newspaper, cans, plastic bottles, magazines?
