Pheonix, AZ., September 5, 2003 – The Wall Street Journal included Earth 911 as the place to check for recycling options for mercury containing items in a news item it ran on Tuesday, September 2nd. You can read the brief article here.
Earth 911 has been working with the State of Florida and the State of Georgia on a new special section on mercury which includes information about why it is important to practice safe handling with this material as well as expanded information about alternative products for those products that in the past have frequently contained mercury. This new Mercury section will be up soon on Earth 911 for residents nationwide.
