I have 29 Mac computer diskettes which came with the computer when I purchased it in 1990. Included are the Mac set up disks, plus various software which came with it. Can I recycle these or dispose of them responsibly and how can I do that? I hate just tossing them in the trash. Thank you.

Greendisk takes lots of stuff, including computer disks and recycles all of it. There's a small fee, but they erase everything for you.

Where can I recycle 5 1/4 inch and 3 1/2 floppy disks? Where can I recycle old PC software where the software is stored on 5 1/4 inch and 3 1/2 floppy disks? I can no longer use or want to use this type of media.
