Mesa Residents Invited to Take Advantage of Paint Reuse Program

EVLiving.com issues a reminder to Mesa residents about the city’s Paint Reuse Program, which allows residents to dispose of their unused latex paint at household hazardous waste (HHW) events, which is then mixed by shade for all residents to pick-up free of charge for beautification projects.

The reused paint must be used on exteriors, with the goal being that residents will be beautifying the city through fresh paint while also reusing and recycling this hazardous material.

To find the nearest HHW event in your area, simply use the Earth 911 locator search at the top of this page. For more information on the proper disposal of paint, visit Earth 911′s Paint Recycling page.
