Download Old Computers into Recycle Bin

The Seattle Times reports that Microsoft, Dell and Intechra have teamed up to offer free electronics recycling this Saturday at the Safeco Field parking lot in honor of this week’s America Recycles Day.

Products to be collected include any model of computers and accessories, as well as video game consoles and mobile entertainment devices. The event will not take in televisions or cellular phones, however.

The first 500 participants will receive energy-efficient compact fluorescent lightbulbs (CFLs). For more information on recycling electronics, visit Earth 911′s Electronics page.
