Yahoo Releases Top Green Search Terms

Yahoo! has announced the top search terms for 2007, and in the “Grass is Always Greener” section for environmental terms, “recycling” was the most popular term.

Other popular terms included “global warming,” “Al Gore” and “Live Earth.” Gore’s documentary An Inconvenient Truth won an Academy Award in February, and he was also behind the Live Earth concerts that happened around the world in July. He was also awarded the Nobel prize in October, 2007.
