Recycle Your E-Waste in Los Angeles

Castle Heights Elementary School is sponsoring a free collection event for Los Angeles residents to drop off electronics on Saturday, April 19 that will benefit the school's Green Team. IKEA to Ban All Plastic Bags

Environmental Leader reports that effective October 1, IKEA will no longer be offering plastic bags in-store. In the last year, IKEA has been weaning its customers off of plastic bags, charging a fee for each plastic bag and encouraging the purchase of reusable bags.
