Minnesota Recycles Half a Million Pounds of Electronics

As part of free electronics recycling in numerous Minnesota counties. The results are in, and TRC collected and recycled 542,413 pounds of obsolete electronics.

On one Saturday, TRC collected 90,000 pounds from over 600 cars with the help of a local golf team that received donations from the event.

In 2007, Minnesota passed a law requiring the recycling of electronics. Companies like TRC offer free recycling of these products to state residents.
