Recycle for the Arts Hosts ‘Worn Again’ Fashion Show

Designers must create “mind-blowing fashions” from a bag of random recycled clothing and other materials for the “Worn Again” fashion show. And they must do it in just 10 days.

The show is sponsored by Recycle for the Arts in New Orleans.

Recycle for the Arts provides materials to individual artists, schools, galleries and non-profit groups at minimal cost. They accept donations of all kinds, including:

  • Foam core
  • Paper
  • Canvas
  • Paint
  • Fabric
  • Art books
  • Art glass

The program hosts other contest and classes, including Drawing Fundamentals with Recycled Materials.
