Imoeba iPod Cases Hit Retail Stores

Environmentally friendly iPod cases by Imoeba, made from recycled leather, will be available at retail stores beginning July 6.

“Our Alpine iPod cases are ideal for consumers wanting to make more green lifestyle choices, and we are delighted to be able to offer our products in Best Buy stores,” said Lawrence Leung, Imoeba Chief Executive.

The cases are made from bonded leather, a material “near-impossible to eliminate and destined for a landfill” according to Imoeba. The cases are durable and “incredibly stylish.”

Even product packaging is made of 90 percent recycled paper.

The Imoeba Alpine nano case and Alpine classic case are available in either green or white. Imoeba donates a portion of the proceeds from Alpine sales to Earth 911.
