Green Parenting Site Creates Sweepstakes to Promote Reuse

A New Jersey-based online auction site, Green Kids Auction, is running a sweepstakes from now until October 15 offering a grand prize stroller made from surplus Lockheed Martin airplane metal.

The sweepstakes is designed to increase awareness of the site, where parents can buy and sell used children’s products to promote reuse. The site offers everything from clothes to toys to furnishings.

You can enter the sweepstakes once per day, with other prizes including a bag made of recycled bottles and an organic cotton blanket. The drawing will take place October 16.
