It makes a huge saving for the city, in lower dumping fees, and higher sales to the recyclers. I can not remember the name of the city. It's a new technology, that the trucks can measure such things, and give "points" to each resident. If it were me, I would be out COLLECTING plastic and glass, if I could get more points for myself.
