Recycled Glass Countertop Company Wins Award

The California Resource Recovery Association today named Vetrazzo, the original company to use recycled glass for countertop surfaces, winner of their annual "Outstanding Closing the Loop Commitment" award, reports Business Wire. California Beaches Offer Plastic Recycling

California's coastlines are encouraging beachgoers to recycle their plastic by offering free recycling bins at state beaches. The partnership is a collaboration between California’s Department of Parks and Recreation, the American Chemistry Council (ACC) and Keep California Beautiful (KCB).
