Western Phoenix Suburbs Expand Plastic Curbside Recycling

The Maricopa County cities of Goodyear, Litchfield Park and Surprise will now be able to recycle additional plastic products at the curb thanks to an expanded plastic recycling program by Waste Management.

These cities’ curbside programs will now take Bag Central Station program.

Other Phoenix-area cities including Chandler and Gilbert already accept all plastics. The rest of the Valley accepts the more common plastics #1 and #2, which includes most plastic bottles.
