Colorado Man Builds House of Tires

Congress Looks to Ban Mercury Exports by 2013

The U.S. House of Representatives voted 393-5 in favor of new legislation that would halt the export of products containing mercury to other countries by the end of 2012. Seattle Recycles More Commercial Food Waste

The amount of commercial organic waste composted monthly in Seattle has increased from about 500 tons to nearly 1,800 tons over the past few years, reports the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. Greenpeace Ranks Nokia at Top of Electronics Guide

Environmental Film Festival to Come to Colorado

Paper Recycling Up in Europe

The European Recovered Paper Council (ERPC) announced earlier this month that EUWID. This puts the ERPC right on target to meet its voluntary goal of a 66 percent recycling rate by 2010.
