Does anyone have other ideas about what to do to recycle all those cassette tapes? I’m not an artist so that’s not an option, but I refuse to throw them away. There has to be something! Same thing with video tapes.

Try sending this article to the art dept at a few local high schools with an offer to donate your tapes for art projects. Just a quick thought.

		<description>I learned of someone in our local community who uses videotape strung around the garden to deter critters from stealing the goodies.  The film, with twists &amp; movement, catches the light &amp; scares them off,  CD&#039;s can be strung &amp; dangled, too.  Contemporary scarecrows.</description>
