		<description>Irene the difference between your shoes and these is that they were actually able to devulcanize the tire rubber and remold it into a new shoe soles which has never been viable till now. And yes Jennifer this is just a test run.</description>

		<description>This not new.  I have a pair of sandals that the sole was made of tires.  I had them for 10 years.  They don&#039;t wear out.  The tops are getting worn, but thats it.</description>

I would think that if recycled rubber is the same cost or less than virgin products, they&#039;d want to expand to more than just two shoes. Maybe it&#039;s just a test... we&#039;ll have to follow up to see what the response is</description>
