		<description>This seems like a no brainer, but why not have the stores that sell paint take back unused paint.  I know many states require stores that sell motor oil to take back the old oil and it would seem the stores selling it would have a natural network in place to back haul the unused paint to the manufacturer.  At that point they could do what they need to to &quot;recycle&quot; the paint into new paint.</description>
