I agree with the overall proposition that the existing assets should be fully used with modern refinements respecting environmental and energy conservation measures adopted within a reasonable economic viability
framework.
However, each specific project will have to be assessed in detail to know the cost benefit ratio- giving some bonus points to green advantage too.</description>
