If you haven’t seen it yet, there’s a new tab in our green search box, titled “Events.” This search works a lot like our Recycling Search – just type in where you are and go!

We Need You!

Since our Events Listings are brand new, we need your help to start adding them into our database. We’ve written a handy “How To Add an Event” guide that will take you through the five simple steps to get your soiree on our site. Once you’ve added it, your shindig should show up on Earth911.com within one to two hours.

(Secret Insider Tip: Adding your event is easy – Just write the word “Recycle” in your description, title or tags. Seriously, that’s it!)

Additionally, by using Yahoo! Upcoming, your event is not only listed on Earth911.com, but it is also on one of the largest event-sharing sites online.

It’s All Connected

Not only will events in your area come up within your search, but recent Earth911.com articles for your state will be available as well, to help enrich your planning experience. Additionally, community events are now part of our Local Recycling Search, meaning real people in your area who are casually searching for, let’s say, TV recycling, will get a peek at your event if it’s within their search radius range.
