The biggest problems are the Power Supply, Monitors/LCDs, and anything with a board & chips on it. So in this case, it really doesn't do anything to help anything except possibly a pending fire when this heats up & burns the house down. Designers like this are a big part of our sustainable future. It's so important that we start re-using what's already in the system to create new products, instead of just tossing things out shortly after they've been purchased. Another designer like this is Nate Bastien, a 2009 Timberland Earthkeeper Hero. He's created a waterproof "Street Pack" for the homeless that's made entirely out of recycled materials.
