Thanks for posting this! Shopping conscientiously is super important — especially on Black Friday.

Along with ENERGY STAR, in the Pacific Northwest, a new label to keep an eye out for is Energy Forward. The campaign is working with utilities and retailers to promote super energy efficient products — the Energy Forward label now indicates products that are 30% more efficient than Energy Star requirements.
