I'll have to get the office used to using their coffee grounds for compost too along with some of your other approaches. Have you guys thought of using LEDs instead of fluourescents? I only know of earthled.com making LED replacements for fluourescent tubes and I only remember them selling the 4 foot tubes. I've been trying to convert my office but it's been a fight. Good ideas.
