My husband and I have been growing veg's in Oklahoma for many years and will be participating in a local farmers' market and the Ok Food Coop for the first time this year. We are in the process of being "Certified Naturally Grown". We are considering a CSA in the future for our farm but need more experience first in determining how many subscribers we need to sustain the farm and what types of crops are most popular. I would encourage all readers to try to be "locavores" when they can.
