Hello Amanda,

I like the thinking behind this article you wrote on hosting an outdoor barbecue party.Way to go! And I'm definitely in agreement with you on using regular plates instead of the disposable. There really is a great deal of waste involved. I also keep a water pitcher in the fridge and a iced tea pitcher since the heat is officially on and it just makes good overall sense. It also cuts back on too many plastic water bottles.

Unfortunately I use charcoal because I have no real place to store a propane tank. There really is a difference in how the food tastes using the two methods though.

Anyway, have a great Fourth of July!
