After replacing inefficient windows with weather-proof alternatives, it can be tough to know what to with all those outdated fixtures. Brittany – aka Pretty Handy Girl – was faced with the same question after she replaced the windows in her craft room, but it wasn’t long before she answered it.
After adding fabric scraps from old projects and some chalkboard paint, the DIY diva was left with a fab and functional message center to help keep her projects organized. And she said the craft only took her about two hours!
Copy Brittany’s design using her easy tutorial, or change it up to add your own personal touch. To save more materials from the trash can, use some old wallpaper or magazine pages to create a decorative design.
