		<description>[...] Today, March 22nd, is World Water Day! Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water today, and more if you&#8217;re active. Drinking plenty of water helps keep you looking and feeling great! I use a SIGG water bottle all day, every day (it&#8217;s the only medal water bottle I&#8217;ve found that doesn&#8217;t have a medal after taste). It&#8217;s a cheap way to drink filtered water on the go! No need to worry about recycling here, just refill. I take my bottle to the office, to run errands, and especially to the gym! There&#8217;s filtered water wherever I go, so no need to waste time, money and resources on bottled water. However, I do frequent water bottles when camping or out somewhere I can&#8217;t refill my bottle. But, if you have to use the plastic bottles, always remember to recycle! [...]</description>
